This is a GREAT place to stay! Been living at the camp ground during the week for two years. Very professional run and managed. Neat and clean.
Not sure why my rating from a few months back didn't post?? My husband is working in the area and been living at Rockahock for nearly 5 months now. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this campground. Dedicated staff, beautiful area, both long and short term folks really enjoy Rockahock. We love this place!!
Very nice place. I have been going to this place since back when people would walk across dam. The campground is lovely and the facilities top notch. The yurts, villas and other amenities are best on river. Close to Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country. You won't be disappointed!
15 bucks for a dump and they just send you to a site. No hose, totally unsanitary. Had to move picnic table and fire pit to even access.
I would give this minus stars if I could! We made reservations for 3 nights online several days prior to our arrival date. We paid in full and received an e-mail receipt. When we arrived we found they had charged us another $120 to go to a concert on their grounds. We knew nothing about the concert and we sure as the devil did not agree to the charge. They told us if we wanted to stay there we had to attend the concert and pay full price. The fact that we had a receipt that showed what we had agreed to pay didn't matter to them at all. We did get a full refund.
